Welcome to www.fastrapgo.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, “we” or “Company”).
The purpose of these Shipping Terms is to describe our standards and policies in the shipping, shipping, distribution, and import and export processes for domestic and international orders.
When you place an order on this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Shipping Terms.
Ⅱ. Transportation scope
1. Domestic transportation in Mexico
We provide nationwide delivery services in Mexico, covering all major cities and most areas, including but not limited to: Mexico City (CDMX), Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Cancún, etc.
2. International shipping
We support the delivery of orders in some international regions, including the United States, Canada, Central America and some South American countries. Please note that international shipping times and fees vary based on destination and customs clearance requirements.

Ⅳ.Transportation time
1. Domestic delivery time in Mexico
Standard Shipping: 7 working days
Express Shipping: 3 working days
Delivery time in remote areas may be slightly longer.
2. International shipping time
North America (United States, Canada): 10 business days
Some countries in Central and South America: 15 working days
Customs clearance and aviation delays may cause an additional 2 days of delay.
3. Order processing time
All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding holidays).
Ⅴ. Import, export and customs clearance standards
All international orders are subject to Mexico’s Customs Law and the import regulations of the destination country.
We will include a commercial invoice with the package, including item description, quantity and declared value.
International customers are responsible for destination country duties, import taxes, or customs fees (if applicable).
If delays occur due to customs clearance issues, we will assist in providing the necessary documents, but will not be responsible for delays caused by customs processing time.
