If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can apply for a return or exchange according to the following policies.

If you purchased on other authorized e-commerce platforms, please submit a return or exchange application through the after-sales system of the corresponding platform.

3. Conditions for return and exchange
You can apply for return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the product, and the following conditions must be met:
The product is unused, undamaged, and fully packaged (including tags, accessories, instructions, etc.);
Comes with original proof of purchase (order number or invoice);
The application is submitted within the specified time and confirmed by our customer service.

4. Non-refundable situations
Returns and exchanges are not supported under the following circumstances:
The goods have been used or damaged;
The packaging is damaged and accessories are missing;
Promotional clearance items;
Applications that exceed the return or exchange period;
Returns due to personal subjective reasons (such as slightly poor color, change in preference) and if the product has no quality issues.

5. Return and exchange process

Please contact customer service via email to submit an application within 7 days after receiving the product:
And provide the order number, problem description and physical photos.
Review and Confirmation
We will review your application within 2 working days and respond with return instructions and return address.

Send back merchandise
Please package the goods properly and return them to the designated address.
If there is a quality problem or the wrong product is shipped, we will bear the freight;
If the product is returned for personal reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Inspection and processing
After we receive the returned goods, we will conduct quality inspection and confirmation within 2 working days.
Refund or exchange
After confirmation that the conditions are met, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7 working days;
If you choose to exchange the goods, we will re-ship the goods within 3 working days after confirmation.

6. Refund instructions
The refund amount is limited to the actual amount paid for the product and does not include the original shipping cost (unless it is due to quality or incorrect delivery).
If the order enjoys promotional discounts, the refund amount will be adjusted according to the event rules.
The refund time for international orders may be slightly delayed depending on the bank or payment platform.

7. Special instructions (international orders)
For international orders shipping outside of Mexico:
Customers are responsible for possible customs duties and return international shipping costs;
Due to customs clearance delays or international transportation damage, we will assist in communicating with the logistics company, but will not be directly responsible for compensation.
