A luggage tie-down strap helps secure your luggage and prevent it from accidentally opening during transport.
It also makes your luggage easier to identify and reduces the risk of misplaced luggage.
2. Do your luggage tie-down straps fit all sizes of luggage?
Yes, most of our tie-down straps are adjustable and suitable for most luggage sizes from 20 to 32 inches.
3. What material are your luggage tie-down straps made of?
We use high-strength polyester with reinforced buckles, which are abrasion-resistant, non-slip, and strong in tensile strength.
4. Do you have a lockable strap?
Yes. We offer a variety of TSA-compliant locks suitable for international flights.
You can go directly through security at airports in Mexico, the US, Canada, and elsewhere without damaging the lock.

Mexico City and surrounding areas: 3 business days
Other states (such as Jalisco, Nuevo León, and Yucatán): 7 business days
9. Can I track my package?
Yes, I can. After shipment, we’ll send a tracking number via email, and you can check the status in real time on the courier’s official website.

10. Are returns and exchanges possible?
Of course.
If the item you received has quality issues or doesn’t match the description, please contact customer service within 7 days to request a return or exchange.
11. Who pays for return shipping?
If the issue is due to product quality or incorrect item, we cover all shipping costs.
If the issue is due to personal reasons (such as a dislike for the color or the wrong size), the return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
