  All orders are subject to system confirmation before they are processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to insufficient inventory, payment errors, or system errors.
  Payment methods include secure channels such as credit card, debit card, Mercado Pago, and PayPal.
  All payment information is encrypted; we do not directly store your full payment card information.
• V. Shipping and Delivery
  We offer nationwide delivery in Mexico and internationally.
  Delivery times vary depending on region, inventory, and logistics availability.
  Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or errors, please contact customer service within 48 hours.
  Delays or returns due to incorrect address or unreceivable delivery are the user’s responsibility.
• VI. Return and Exchange Policy
  You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product (the product must be unused and in its original packaging).
  Return requests must be submitted via the customer service email or website form. We will then provide instructions for the return process upon confirmation. If the return is due to product quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
